Fres new faces register on Glamino every day! The amount of photos and videos is growing and we simply love how active and full of ideas our creators are. Glamino is a platform that encourages sexuality, fantasy, sensuality and provocation, but it has its rules. In this article, we'll tell you what type of content you can post, and which posts should remain locked. You'll find out the common mistakes boys and girls make quite often and how locking explicit content and overly provocative nudity will make the income from your profile much better.

What is the difference between a locked and un unlocked post?

A gentle tease, hints of sexuality, exposing a little here and there. Sexy but subtle. Leaving your fans compelled to see more. Posts like these can be unlocked (public) and it's posts like these that will get your fans excited for what comes next. Your profile can be slightly erotic and racy at first sight, you can post photos in your sexy lingerie or videos highlighting your personality and style. But keep the nudity in all its glory for locked posts only. By showing nudity in public posts, you're depriving yourself of the opportunity to make money, because let's face it - why would your fans pay for something extra when they get to see most of it for free? Locked posts should also be any other content that has any earning value to you. Your illustrations, know how or your favourite secret recipes. Anything that is valuable to you and can be monetized.

Why do nudes get locked on Glamino?

Has your post ever gotten automatically locked and you can't figure out why? Glamino uses a system that can detect nudity and automatically locks any post that is not SFW (safe for work). But this is not a bad thing for you - on the contrary. It's an opportunity to turn an ordinary post into a profitable one. Think of your profile as your personal brand and think of it like a businessman (or businesswoman) or a marketer.

It's important to rememeber that users don't want to buy something completely blindfolded. Therefore keep a reasonable balance between locked and unlocked posts. If only locked posts dominate your profile, fans won't know all the exciting things they can find on your page. Unlocked posts should make your fans feel good and make them want to find out more. We recommend following the ratio 80% locked posts and 20% unlocked posts.

Posts that we rate as nudity

● Nudity in all its glory - Clearly visible male or female private parts, provocatively exposed poses, spread legs, prone poses, exposed breasts, nipples, and so on...

● Intimate body parts insufficiently covered by stickers, emojis or text.

● Hints of explicit content in the form of blurry or distant photos

Common mistakes content creators make

Repetition is the mother of all wisdom, so let's recap some of the common mistakes we see on Glamino. The first point is directly related to today's topic but there are also other things to avoid.

● Sharing explicit content for free

Photos and videos of you revealing your most intimate self should always come with a reward. Set your price and properly distinguish the posts meant for everyone's eyes and posts only for the eyes of your closest fans.

● Choosing poor quality photos

Your subscribers are paying for access to exclusive content and are looking forward to everything you show and give them. Make sure your content is as good as possible and that the quality matches the price.

● Sharing the same content over and over

Don't be afraid to get creative, play around during the shoot and filming process. Seek inspiration, try new things and add posts that highlight your unique personality. Remember not everything has to be about nudity. If you're interested in learning more, check out our article with tips on how to create better content.

● Leaving an empty profile photo or a bio caption

New followers don't know you yet and first impressions really do matter Make sure you've polished your caption to perfection and tell them a few things about yourself. Make yourself stand out with a creative bio and see how quickly you'll get new followers. Check out our previous article with tips for a spicy bio that will make your profile irresistable to new fans.

What should an unlocked post look like?

It's actually very simple - just follow the fule "wrap yourself in a veil of a little mystery and don't show everything right away". If you're indecisive whether your post is over the line or can still be published pubicly, ask yourself a simple question "Would I share this on Instagram?". While Glamino's rule are more benevolent than Instagram's, the core remains the same.

The content of unlocked posts can be virtually anything. Your daily activities, good morning or good night photos, selfies, vacation trip updates, hot lingerie... Tease the mind of your fans and you'll see they'll be hungry for more. The key to success is to be yourself!

A great way is to use your unlocked public posts as a promo to your private locked content. Simply create a teaser and share it. Stop in the best part and lock the rest. Easy, fun and effective, right?

Which posts do not belong on Glamino

Lastly, let's recap and make clear which photos and videos don't belong on Glamino at all - even in unlocked posts! Uploading content mentioned below can get your account banned or permanently blocked.

Sharing photos and videos with someone without their permission

It should go without saying, but non-consensual content is never acceptable Make sure any content you post is created with the full consent of all parties involved.

Stolen photos and copyrighted content

Whether it's photos or videos - the content you post must always be yours or you must have the appropriate rights to it. Do not use photos of other people, photos downloaded from e-shops, browsers or social networks.

Offensive content

Avoid posting content that is discriminatory or offensive. This may include racist or sexist comments or content that promotes harmful behaviour. Promoting such things can permanently damage your reputation and drive away current fans and new subscribers.

Photos and videos of children

Glamino is only for users over 18, and it's strictly prohibited to share any photos or videos of children under the age of 18. This prohibition includes content that doesn't show nudity, i.e. photos with children and teenagers from holidays, parties, selfies, etc.
